An Anthology of Contemporary Romanian Poetry\" va fi lanst pe 8 februarie la Institutul Cultural Roman de la New York. Antologia cuprinde texte scrise de 40 de poeti romani contemporani. Celebra companie canadiana Cirque du Soleil va veni pentru prima data in Romania. Compania aduce la Bucuresti, intre 8 si 12 februarie, cel mai longeviv spectacol al sau, Saltimbanco, pentru o serie de 9 reprezentatii, cu 4 mai multe, la cererea publicului, decat erau progra- mate initial. Show-urile vor fi azduite de pavilionul central al com- plexului expozitional Romexpo. The Vanishing Point That Whistles. An Anthology of Contemporary Romanian Poetry\" will be launched on February 8th at the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York. Published with financial support from the Romanian Cultural Institute, translated by Adam J. Sorkin and Claudia Serea, the anthology comprises texts written by 40 contemporary Romanian poets. The famous Canadian company Cirque du Soleil will perform for the first time in Romania between February 8th and 12th. At the public\'s request, the company\'s long lasting show, Saltimbanco, will be performed nine times, four times more than initially scheduled. All the shows will be hosted by the central pavilion of the Romexpo exhibition compound. Penitenciarul Jilava, de langa Bucuresti, gazduieste pana la 1 martie expozitia Starea de exceptie I - Fort 13 Jilava\" a artistului Alexandru Poteca. Expozitia este prima interventie artistica de tip instalatie, din cadrul proiectului omonim programat in aceasta vara.
